Base/ Filling
-Flour Tortillas
-Portobello Mushrooms
-Roasted Red Pepper
-Red Onion
-Jalapeños (optional)
-Cilantro
-Lettuce
-Avocado
-Sour Cream
Seasoning
-Salt
-Pepper
-Cayenne Pepper
-Cumin
-Paprika
-Water (Set Aside)
Directions (Prep)
1. Slice mushrooms, R/R Peppers, Red Onions & Jalapeños
2. Chop or Shred Lettuce (Pre-Bought Optional)
3. Chop Cilantro
4. Mix Seasoning in Separate Bowl. (Additional Seasoning Optional)
5. Slice Avocado and set aside.
Directions (Cooking)
1. Heat skillet and add desired fat (oil, butter, etc.)
2. Once skillet is sizzling, add bell pepper and red onions.
3. Once veggies are soft, but still crunchy, add sliced mushrooms
4. Sprinkle desired seasoning based on spice level
5. Add water
6. Let simmer until liquid is evaporated to preference (thick or loose)
Directions (Assembly)
1. Grill/ Lightly Toast Tortilla
2. Add fajita filling
3. Build with toppings (lettuce, avocado, sour cream, cilantro)
